Conveniently located in Kissimmee, this spacious home is just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and SeaWorld. Experience modern elegance with beautifully furnished rooms and stylish décor. The open-concept living area and kitchen provide the perfect space for family gatherings, whether you're watching the big game, sharing stories from an exciting day, or simply unwinding together. Outside, take a refreshing dip in the private pool and spa while enjoying your favorite shows on the outdoor smart TV with your loved ones. Enjoy access to two incredible clubhouses at The Cove at Storey Lake Resort, with one within walking distance and the main Hideaway Club just a short drive away. A complimentary shuttle is available for convenience. Use of the grill is included in the rental price, with propane refills being the guest’s responsibility. Pool and spa heating is available for $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. The Hideaway Club at Storey Lake Resort features a beautiful clubhouse and a resort-style swimming pool with incredible amenities. You can exercise at the community fitness center and enjoy the splash park features, including a lazy river, splash pad, and water slides. The community also offers a full-service restaurant and bar, a beach volleyball court, mini golf, canoe and kayak rentals, and basketball. Transportation is offered with a free ride to The Hideaway Club for endless fun. If you prefer a more private hangout, enjoy the wonderful pool, playground, club, and other spaces offered within the Cove at Storey Lake Resort. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed, and the discovery of charcoal grill usage may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
