You'll also find free Wi-Fi, central heating, ceiling fans, linens and towels, trash bags and paper towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, a washer and dryer, hangers, and an iron and board. Dogs are welcome with a $50 fee, plus fees and taxes. Parking is available in the garage for one vehicle, in the driveway for three vehicles, and free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Experience year-round adventure when you stay here. Carve exhilarating slopes at nearby ski resorts in the winter, and spend your days on the lake or chasing birdies on local golf courses during summer. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000. To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note: you must only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway, carport, or parking lot). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street. Camping on the property is not allowed. The pellet stove is not available for guest use. This property features one exterior security camera at the front door, facing outward toward the entryway.
