About This Property
I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I moved in with my boyfriend. There are six months left on my lease, after which you have the option to renew the lease. Rent is actually $1050, but I am looking to find a new renter quickly, so am willing to subsidize $100/month to bring your rent down to $950/month. You will have to submit an application and be approved by the management company (Acorn + Oaks). This property is a duplex in the beautiful Tuscaloosa-Lakewood neighborhood. You will be occupying Unit B of this one-story home. It's 8 minutes to Duke and Whole Foods, 8 minutes to downtown Durham, and 15 minutes from Trader Joe's in Chapel Hill. It's within walking distance to Food Lion, Cocoa Cinnamon, and Guglhupf. Your half of the house includes the back porch (the other half of the house gets the front porch). There is a lot of parking space in the backyard, which is shared with the tenant in Unit B and your next door neighbor. Some indoor pictures are from the Unit A, which is almost identical to Unit B. All hardwood flooring. You have access to the shed in the backyard. Owner pays water. Renter pays for gas and electric. Per owner: no cats allowed, small dogs under 25lbs allowed, no smoking allowed, and no undergrads allowed.
