The master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a plush queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms offer comfortable twin bed accommodations and convenient access to pristine bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. The twin rooms are equipped with floor mats as well as a den space with a fold-out couch. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This is a non-smoking home, and any report of or violation of our smoking policy will result in a fine of $500. House-trained dogs are allowed to stay in this home with the added pet charges of $50 for 1 dog and $115 for 2 dogs. If there are any damages or accidents within the home due to pet visits, there will be an additional damage charge sent to the party responsible. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
