At RPM Today, we utilize a comprehensive weighted average system to evaluate rental applications. Our assessment includes the following categories: credit score (minimum required score is 550), rental history, work history, and income. Each category is assigned points, and your total score will determine your approval status.
A $60 application fee per occupant 18 years and older is required and is non-refundable. All adults must apply.
Additional charges include a $300 administrative fee (covered by owner in the month of JULY), a $36 per month Resident Benefit Package (which includes liability insurance and various perks), and potential pet deposits and pet rent, which vary by property. Deposits can be paid in installments, and we also work with Obligo, a deposit-free alternative. Other charges may include HOA dues and utilities. To complete your application, please submit the following required documentation: two months of pay stubs, identification (ID), rental references, and employment information. We process applications in the order received and must be complete with all required documents for consideration.
