This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom split floor plan luxury Gulf View condo allows you all the amenities of home, yet directly on the beach! You can watch the sunsets from inside the living room's large sliding glass doors or on the private covered balcony. The beautiful ambiance and charm of the open living room flow out to the view of the water and overlooking the pool & grounds. There are also peek-a-boo views of the beach from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. When you are ready to head downstairs to the sand, there is private access to the relaxing beach from the large pool area. The heated pool is open all year round. Enjoy the expansive patio area with lounge chairs, tables, gazebo, gas/charcoal grills, indoor/outdoor showers, restrooms, and shuffleboard courts. There is an assigned covered parking spot, so you will not have to worry about finding or paying for public parking and the condo is accessed by an elevator through a secure lobby. Decide that you'd rather not cook in the updated chef’s kitchen? Stroll over to the french cafe for breakfast or walk across the street for an Italian dining experience. There are so many nearby restaurants and shops to choose from. Or hop on the Suncoast Trolley to head anywhere along the beaches from Clearwater to John’s Pass for shopping and fresh seafood. The condo is fully furnished, complete with all linens, beach towels, and 2 beach chairs. All guests must submit a condo application and pay the Association fee within 3 days of booking. Application fee is determined by and due directly to the condo association. The current fee is $105. An email will be sent for the application and payment after booking. Please note that this is a monthly rental. For all available months an exact rate for the month contact agent. All leases in FL less than 6-months are subject to FL tourist taxes. One-time cleaning fee of $200. Jan 2023 is available. Feb'23-Apr'23 are booked.
