The spacious laundry room is off the kitchen. A door in the dining area leads to the covered back balcony which is very private. Both bedrooms are large, each with its own bathroom. ROUTINE YARD MAINTENANCE AND MONTHLY PEST CONTROL INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Pets are allowed but restrictions apply. NO PETS OVER 30 LBS. Proof of vaccination is required.
