The open-concept living room features 3 large smart TVs, and the fully equipped kitchen includes 2 full-size fridge/freezer combos and 2 dishwashers. There is also a massive indoor dining table, additional bar seating at the kitchen island, high-speed internet, central AC, and in-home laundry machines. Pool and hot tub heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of $129 per pet will be collected after booking confirmation. Parties, events, smoking/vaping of any kind, and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited both inside the property and in its vicinity, and violation of this rule will result in a fine of $1000. Please maintain a respectful noise level at all times, as excessive noise, loud conversations, or disturbances that may disturb neighboring homes are not permitted and will result in a fine from the resort. Quiet hours are between 11PM - 7AM daily. No visitors are allowed after 11pm. Adhere to the speed limit of 25 MPH within the community. Vehicles parked on the street, blocking sidewalks, or on grass areas, particularly in front of the dumpster, are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
