Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate: stays of 1 to 7 nights are $30 per day, plus taxes; stays of 8 to 14 nights are $25 per day, plus taxes; stays of 15 to 29 nights are $20 per day, plus taxes; and stays of 30 nights or more are $300 per month plus $10 for each additional day, plus taxes.
