The apartment has a master room with a king-sized bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You will also find a fitness center, a restaurant, and beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, electronic safe within the suite, iron/ironing board, in-suite washer/dryer, and TVs in each room. Resort fees will be charged at check-in and are not included in the nightly rate. The fees are $30 per day for stays of 1 to 7 nights, $25 per day for stays of 8 to 14 nights, $20 per day for stays of 15 to 29 nights, and $300 per month plus $10 for each additional day for stays of 30 nights or more. Optional valet parking is available at $28 per day per vehicle for 1 to 7 days, $25 per day per vehicle for 8 to 10 days, $250 per stay per vehicle for 11 to 19 days, and $295 per stay per vehicle for 20 to 30 days. A Pack 'N Play crib is available upon request. Package handling is $5 per package plus applicable taxes, and packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM and 5 PM. The resort is surrounded by numerous restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can dine, enjoy horse races, or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. For groceries, find a 24-hour Walmart next door, a Publix Supermarket two minutes drive away, and you can use Instacart for grocery delivery to your apartment. Check-in requires additional mandatory fees not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
