The resort is surrounded by lots of restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races, or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. It is the perfect location to be if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. This apartment is minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. For groceries, you will find a 24-hour Walmart right next door and a Publix Supermarket two minutes drive. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property. Resort fees are charged daily: stays of 1 to 7 nights are $30 per day plus taxes, stays of 8 to 14 nights are $25 per day plus taxes, stays of 15 to 29 nights are $20 per day plus taxes, and stays of 30 nights or more are $300 per month plus $10 for each additional day plus taxes. A $500 fine will be applied for any smoking violation. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM; please maintain low noise levels. Excessive noise or property damage may result in penalties.
