The apartment features a balcony facing south, offering direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping, and recreation experiences. Wireless internet is included. The master room has a king-sized bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You will also find a fitness center, a restaurant, and beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, electronic safe, iron/ironing board, and TVs in each room. A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included in the nightly rate. The fee varies depending on the length of stay, starting at $30 per day for stays of 1 to 7 nights and decreasing for longer stays. Valet parking is optional and also varies in price depending on the length of stay, starting at $28 per day per vehicle. Check-in requires additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
