Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation. Resort fees vary based on the length of stay, and valet parking is optional with varying rates. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
