The open-concept kitchen and living area, equipped with a sofa bed and a 50" Roku TV, is perfect for entertaining and socializing. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. The studio apartment, a tastefully converted former garage, includes a small kitchenette, a queen bed, and two pull-out sofa beds. Outside, enjoy sunny days in the gazebo. We are a pet-friendly home, requiring a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Located just north of Victory Drive and south of Bonaventure Cemetery, this residential area is ideal for those who prefer driving, though Uber and Lyft are readily available. Minutes away from the renowned Bonaventure Cemetery, downtown Savannah, and the Thunderbolt Historical Society, this home offers both convenience and charm. The pool is currently closed for maintenance, with weekly maintenance and cleaning performed. Access to the yard and pool area is required on service days. Check-in and check-out are automated with a digital keypad lock, and guests will receive access information via email and text. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste will incur additional cleaning charges.
