Less than five-minute drive to local grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the Chula Vista Bay front (currently being remodeled to provide bayside walking trails through the new resort area)! 6-month lease. $1,950 rent payment due monthly between the 1st and 3rd to be paid electronically (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle). $50/day late fee applied automatically for each day past due starting at 12:00am PT on the 4th.
