The apartment is the front unit of a two family house in a mostly single family neighborhood, has off street parking for 2 cars, its own deck off the side and a small open farmers porch out front. The unit has carpet, all new windows, new forced hot air by gas heat and central A/C! 1 mile from either routes 95 or 93, and 1 mile to the Reading MBTA station. Reading has free parking (the pass is $25/ year) for residents at the Reading MBTA train station for those folks that take the train into work (25 minutes to North Station). No pets please.
