We are renting our home and are looking for a reliable, friendly family to rent our house while we are away. This is a beautiful spot on the lake, with a private dock, and a huge yard. The best spot for raising a family. Looking for a 1-year lease. After 1 year we can renew.

There are currents, rhubarb, raspberries, mulberries, and many herbs.

Chickens optional: We have a chicken coop in the yard with 3 chickens. Everything is set up, the coop, feeder, water, automatic door that opens and closes every morning and night. The chickens are very easy to maintain and we can give you a short intro on how to care for them. Best thing: fresh eggs every day. The water needs to be filled up twice per week, food once per week, and cleaning only twice per year. Our previous renters enjoyed the chickens a lot. But if chickens are not your thing, we will remove the chickens before you move in.
The property is available September 1 but an early move in of a few days is possible. October 1 is also fine.
