It is perfect for a day of relaxing with the family, fishing, swimming, and BBQ. - It features a small boat launch pad and 2 covered picnic area with BBQ grills what a great place to come and relax after a hard day of work. This home is move in ready This is a private and cozy 2-bedroom 1 bath apartment located at 26 8th St in Shalimar, Fl. It has a covered private carport for parking for you with no neighbors. There is a nice decorative door at the private entrance in the carport area!! It has appx 800 SF of living space with a beautiful, elevated deck that is shaded by mature oak trees! It is the perfect place to sit and relax in a quiet neighborhood. There is beautiful, upgraded waterproof and scratch proof flooring in the living room. The unit features tile in the kitchen and entry way and brand-new carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen features upgraded appliances to include refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The counter tops have been upgraded and look great!!
