The fully equipped kitchen includes black appliances, modern cabinetry, and all essentials for home-cooked meals. Enjoy the cozy living area with smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating for relaxation. Private parking is available for 2 cars. For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected monthly. This includes housekeeping for all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder, but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place. Regular pest control treatments are conducted, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of pests entering the property. As a preventative measure, do not hold the front door open for extended periods.
