This property is on a sidewalked and quiet street with minimal car traffic and is surrounded by only residential properties. The guest apartment is fully detached from the main property and no access will be given to the main house. The entire property is fully enclosed with a fence and driveway gate. The guest apartment has a full kitchen (w/refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink and cabinets), a full bathroom, a bedroom w/ closet and living area. It has a wall and window A/C unit and adjacent to the guest apartment is a laundry room with front load washer and dryer which will be available for use. Main house is occupied by tenant's in mid-20's with full-time jobs. INCLUDED in rent will be water, gas, access to high-speed internet, and an option to include electric. Off street parking and furniture being included are available upon request. No smoking or large pets allowed. Background check and/or soft-credit pull may be requested to complete lease agreement.
