This inviting space provides plenty of room for both friends and family to partake in traditional board games or cozy up and enjoy a movie on the smart TV. Connecting to your preferred streaming service through your personal account ensures that entertainment is conveniently at your fingertips. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board, beach toys, a beach cart, a beach wagon and a cooler with refreezable ice packs are available for your enjoyment. Free parking for up to four cars is available in the driveway. A six-seater golf cart is available for $450 per stay. Surfside Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is 15 minutes away. The Pier at Garden City is 10 minutes away. Tupelo Bay Golf Center is 7 minutes away and Murrells Inlet MarshWalk is 15 minutes away. This is a very nice HOA neighborhood with great neighbors, so please be respectful. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties or events are permitted. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations this home allows for eight guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors.
