North Hills School District Luxury vinyl plank flooring on the first floor, carpeting on the second floor. Dishwasher - Washer and dryer in basement. On street parking (no permit required) Central Air TERMS: One year minimum, but prefer 2+. No smoking on property Tenant pays gas, electric, water and sewage. We maintain yard and pay for garbage. I may consider one small, non shedding dog with a non-refundable pet deposit. No cats or large dogs. PLEASE do not ask. Non-refundable application fee includes criminal, eviction and credit check.
