The apartment is attached to a garage and separate from other units. There are other houses on the property that are occupied. In front of the apartment, there are trees and a fence that add privacy from the neighbors. Inside the home, there are tile floors in the living room, kitchen and bathroom with carpet in the bedroom. Kitchen appliances included are the stove, refrigerator, and microwave. There is a window A/C unit in living room and forced air heating. Ceiling fans are in the living room and bedroom. Laundry machines are in the attached garage for resident to use. The front driveway is gated from the street and there is one uncovered parking space for the unit with additional parking space for guests. UNIT INFORMATION: Lease: 1-year lease term to start. The Landlord will be the property manager; not Uplift Property Management. Utilities: All utilities are included with rent. Parking/Storage: One assigned parking space in front of the unit. An extra parking space is available for a guest to use. HVAC: Forced air heating and a window AC unit is set up in the living room. Laundry: Laundry in the garage for the residents to use. Pet Policy: No dogs. Small pet allowed upon approval. $75 first pet, $50 each additional increased rent per month. All Uplift Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95/month which includes liability insurance, fee forgiveness, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program and much more!
