We are looking for a tenant with 1:2.5 rent to income ratio, credit score of 670 or higher, and a clear background check. Application fee is $55 and security deposit is $1600. There will be a $200 cleaning fee at move-out. Pet policy can potentially be negotiated with a pet deposit for non-shedding pets.
