The apartment provides free unlimited and secure wireless internet service to keep you connected during your stay. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by cool comfort plank floors leading into a large, open living area. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, nightstand, dresser, and a 32-inch flatscreen HDTV. The master bath includes a garden tub/shower combination and his-and-hers sinks. Bedrooms two and three each contain a queen-sized bed, chest, nightstand, and 22-inch LED HDTV, with ample closet space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, including a full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove/oven, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, mixer, and a raised bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six and a raised bar with three stools. The large living area is adorned with beautiful art and custom furniture, including a queen-size sleeper sofa, and features a 42-inch LCD flatscreen HDTV with Blu-ray Disc and cable TV. The huge sliding glass doors offer endless views of the beach, creating a feeling of being almost directly over the water. The large laundry room contains an extra-large capacity Maytag front-loading washer and dryer, along with additional storage space. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum of two cars per reservation. There is one remote for the gated lot provided in the condo upon arrival. Overflow parking is allowed in the parking area between the gated lot and the street, but not in front of the building next door. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, this condominium offers easy access to local attractions. Gulf State Park is a 9-minute walk away, Orange Beach Beaches are a 13-minute walk, and Adventure Island is an 18-minute walk. The Orange Beach Welcome Center is a 3-minute drive, and the Back Country Trail is a 9-minute drive. The property does not provide beach towels. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but there are no surveillance cameras inside. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals, with only ADA-compliant service dogs allowed. No parties or events are permitted, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
