Based on a design-led aesthetic and commitment to modern simplicity, this apartment is functional, luxurious, and bathed in natural light. The studio includes a full living room area, kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit laundry area. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials are always provided. A hotel-standard deep cleaning is performed before your arrival. Self check-in is available. The key fob will allow you to access the elevator and all other parts of the building. Surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and retail, this apartment is more than a place to call home. The convenient location has something for everyone, with dining, unique shops, and entertainment just a short walk away. Getting around is easy with Uber, Lyft, or the bus. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only certified service animals are allowed. Breed and pet restrictions are subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and if you are authorized to bring a pet, an additional pet fee will be applied after the booking is complete. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox, and failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, you will be charged for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm.
