A non- refundable fee of $225 for the initial move- in and a refundable deposit of $500 per move- in is required. Move- outs will require a $175 non- refundable fee for residency longer than 12- months. For residents with less than 12 months at the building, the non- refundable fee is $225 for the move- out.
