Guests will step back into a gentile time of elegance and opulence. The Carriage House showcases the historic home's antique architecture with antique beams and gleaming pumpkin pine floors. This completely private 1-bedroom apartment features an open living space with a kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. The petite kitchen provides all the essential accoutrements: large fridge, dishwasher, stove, french-door air fryer, and Keurig coffee maker. Let the easy-to-use gas fireplace set a romantic mood. There is a full-sized front-load washer and dryer. The bedroom suite comprises a spacious room, private entryway, and private bath. The main room of the bedroom suite provides a queen-size bed, a seating area with chaise, chairs, accompanying tables, and 2 over-sized bureaus. The bright private bathroom has a large tub with shower. Enjoy the private outdoor space with an outdoor dining set, a tree swing for 2, and a gas grill. This property is cooled with window air conditioning units, which are installed in May and removed in September. Each window AC unit has both a cooling function and a fan function.
