A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. You must pick up after your pet, as pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
