Home Features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom View of Sequim Bay Laundry room with washer and dryer hookups (bring your own units) Wood stove Outside uncovered parking Tenant Responsibilities Sewer and yard care are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, garbage and tv/internet (if desired). Pets No pets preferred but one cat or small/medium dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $50/month pet rent + $500 refundable deposit Move-In Requirements First month’s rent Last month’s rent $1,700 refundable security deposit $400 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee Tenants are required to have a renters insurance policy Applicant Criteria We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants, with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
