You will have a playground literally outside your front door with a Farmers Market every Wednesday! -Across from Rock Creek Park which has paths for biking, hiking and convenient driving access to all over the area. -Shops, dry cleaning, and 7-Eleven, a block away on P Street. -5 minute walk to Georgetown, Bus stops (30s, D1, D2, D6, G2) -10 minute walk to Dupont Circle and Metro (Red Line) -15-20 minute walk to World Bank / IMF buildings, various foreign embassies, Downtown, Foggy -Bottom Metro (Orange Line). --Walking distance to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods not far away. -We love this apartment for so many reasons. I am responsive to tenant's needs, and are looking for someone who will also enjoy the space. Utilities are not included. Parking space is available for an additional fee
