The inviting living room includes a stylish bar area and a spacious L-shaped couch with a pull-out full-sized bed. Enjoy cable TV with 200+ channels and high-speed internet. The kitchen is well-stocked with glassware, champagne and wine glasses, silverware, dishware, cookware, and bakeware. A Classic Drip Machine is provided, complete with a complimentary first round of coffee, cream, and sugar, as well as tea. The renovated bathroom features a shower/bath combo with subway tile and a wide soaking bathtub. Linens, towels, pillows, travel-sized soap, and shampoo are provided. Free parking is available for up to 2 cars on the gravel driveway. Explore the vibrant neighborhood, walkable to shops, restaurants, and bars. It's located 1.5 miles to Five Points, 3 miles from Downtown, 10 miles from the airport, 7 miles to the Grand Ole Opry, 2.5 miles to the Ivy Mansion, 7 miles to Vanderbilt University, 8 miles to Belmont University, 12 miles to Lipscomb University and 30 minutes to Downtown Franklin. The property is located next door to a 24-hour Speedway convenience store/gas station and CVS pharmacy. Tower Deli is also walking distance, and Kroger is less than a mile away. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed unless pre-approved. There is a zero tolerance policy on the property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. Quiet hours should be observed to respect the neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.
