Sleeps 10 A private gated mini-estate offers a peaceful place for every member of the family, with plenty of room to spread out in the 2600sq.ft. main house and a 332sq.ft. guest house on a ½-acre lot framed by Live Oaks, Redwoods and Monterey Pines. Besides being just a 10-minute walk from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, the home is a few minutes’ drive, or walk, from the beach. It’s also only a short drive to monarch butterfly sightings in Pacific Grove, Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Downtown Monterey, Carmel and golfing in Pebble Beach are 10 minutes away by car, and other attractions within a half hour’s drive are the natural wonders of Big Sur and wine tasting and dining in Carmel Valley Village. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with complimentary cheese and wine or sparkling cider, wine tasting passes and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay.
