This extremely well kept and appointed one bedroom apartment is perfect for a single or couple. Located in a quiet and safe location. You have your own private entrance along with a second exit /access door leading out onto a deck which gives you access to a huge side yard. There are various gardens surrounding the home. (Yes, we let residents work in or plant in our existing gardens or start there own gardens around the home.) We are working on making a residents shared vegetable garden, maybe you would like to help? There is a very large enclosed and finished 3 season front porch. Extremely spacious living room (approximately 12' x 24'). It has a classic leaded front entrance door and a coat closet at one end. New carpeting along with sheer drapes that cover a huge picture window that looks out on to the side yard. This room also has unique custom build book cases with lots of storage space below them. The classic country kitchen is not huge but not tiny either. We just installed new flooring. Classic country cabinets that go to the ceiling. Lots of storage space in this kitchen. The bedroom has the original narrow strip red oak hardwood flooring which is considered the best you could install in that era. Roomy bathroom with shower / tub with sliding privacy doors and the original small floor tiles. Creatively painted with a new commode, new wall mirror, lighting and ventilation. Private parking. Close to all many shopping areas. U of R , Rochester Institute of Technology both only 10 minute drive. Down town 10 min by car. Close to major highways for fast commuting. The rental price for this wonderful apartment includes, (YES) includes, Heat, Hot water and electric. Hard to find at this price point! You do have to sign up for your own cable and internet. We do not charge an application fee, credit and background check required. We are pleased to say this apartment and home has always been a smoke and vaping free environment in all units and on the grounds.
