Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring plush bedding and ample storage. Parking pass(es) will be left on the kitchen counter and the parking fee is included in the total amount for a maximum of 2 cars. Whether you’re lounging by the beachfront pool, soaking in the indoor hot tub, or taking a short stroll to nearby local restaurants, boutiques, and family attractions, Sunrise Serenity provides everything you need for an unforgettable Gulf Coast getaway. Guests can also take advantage of on-site amenities such as a fitness room, tennis courts, and BBQ area. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The apartment has a maximum occupancy of guests and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA, and only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Beach towels are not provided.
