Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA, and only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Beach towels are not provided.
