Relax by the outdoor pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy a workout in the fitness room. The children's playground provides entertainment for the little ones. Beach access is just steps away, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. Parking passes can be purchased on-site at the guard shack for $50 each, with a limit of two passes. Centrally located in Orange Beach, you'll have easy access to a variety of local attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Adventure Island, The Wharf, The Wharf Amphitheatre, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, Waterville USA, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the trusted partner's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
