A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through some time in 2026, which may cause occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
