Holt House has all the comforts and amenities needed to be your next home-away-from-home. The house has five extended-stay guest studio suites with kitchenettes and private baths. The River Studio of Holt House has a private entrance on the main floor of the multi-studio home. It has a king bed with hypoallergenic down alternative comforter and freshly laundered microfiber duvet, firm and soft pillows available with an added layer of hygiene having zippered pillow protectors under pillowcases to fully encase each pillow to shield the pillows from moisture, allergens and wear - both being freshly laundered between each guest. This suite also has a wet bar and counter space kitchenette area! An en-suite bathroom and an initial stock of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, razor, lotion, and cotton balls. Each flat is equipped with a cotton robe, bed tray for lounging on your bed with soft & cozy duvet- covered comforter Mini fridge Microwave Coffee/tea bar SmartTV Nightstands Desk and chair Oscillating wall fan Hairdryer Chest of drawers and rods for hanging clothes. Blackout curtains and zebra blinds allow guests to choose their preferred lighting day or night Wine opener Plates, coffee cups, and drinkware For our foodie guests, a fully-stocked large kitchen is available for meal prepping and additional cabinet storage for food items. And for guests wanting to stretch out on a sofa, Holt House provides added common space of large living room with leather sofa and two leather chairs, another SmartTV, puzzle table, and bar table for dining. Bonus Space: A storage room is also available for guests to stow their suitcases and totes, bicycle, camping equipment, or any additional items that might be useful during their stay. Excellent location! Holt House sits on a corner acre lot with fenced grounds, a concrete patio, outdoor swing, fire pit, and plenty of green space to decompress in natural surroundings. Plenty of outdoor lighting is provided along walkways and entrances for late-shift workers to feel completely at ease returning in the evenings. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a church on one side of the property, family town homes on the other side, and a single-family home across the street. Our previous guests have repeatedly stated how safe and comfortable they felt while staying at Holt House.
