About 250 W Norwich Ave Columbus, OH 43201
I will be subleasing my bedroom in my apartment at the Norwich Flats, from Wednesday, May 4th 2016 to Saturday, August 20th, 2016. The apartment is located right next to the campus of The Ohio State University and is meant for Ohio State University students. Each apartment has a lock to each individual bedroom, and you will need a key fob to get into the apartment building, and another key to get into the apartment itself, so overall, it is very secure. Each room has it's own full private bathroom as well. The apartment will have 3 other roommates during the summer, and the apartment complex features underground garaged parking (for an extra fee), a fitness center, group study room, on-site maintenance, a TV Lounge, 24hr computer lab, and internet/cable are included. The apartment building was also built about 2 years ago, so everything is just like new. Furniture will be staying in the apartment as well. The current rent I am paying is 850 a month, and another 50 a month for a parking pass in the underground garage. Utilities usually range between 40 to 50 dollars a month, and it should be the lowest in the summer since heating will not be used. I am willing to negotiate price.

Northwood Park is located in the University District of Columbus, Ohio, just to the west of U.S. 23 and Interstate 71 and a few miles north of Interstate 670. Only about 3 miles north from Downtown Columbus, Northwood Park offers an easy commute to work and close access to Ohio State campus activities and attractions.
Northwood Park, also known as the Northwood and Oakland Avenue Area, was one of the first subdivisions developed in the first half of the century on the then "outskirts" of the city of Columbus. With a strong sense of community, large homes, beautiful gardens and brick alleys, the neighborhood rounds out Ohio State off-campus living with a family friendly environment close to football games and other university fun. Whether you take this neighborhood as a permanent resident or renter, you'll find a great local community with arts, events and activities for everyone.
