Expect to be awakened again and again by fire alarms in the middle of the night. Sure, this a technical issue with the attached parking garage, but after 20 minutes of a voice saying there is an emergency again and again it is just a ridiculous situation

I am going on my third month here. I love the apartment style however the level of quality I expected isn't here. Which was quite a let down, given the cost. One of the main sources that I need in an apartment is water. Whether it is the unit I am in or not, there's random sewer smells that comes from the faucets; It's worse in the kitchen. I've complained about this issue several times. With the horrible smell, I haven't been able to use my ice maker and I have to wash the same load of clothes twice depending if the smell is on my clothes, also the same for the dishwasher, that has a 3hr wash for a full cycle. This is not to mention using that water to cook and clean myself with.

The move-in process was very easy with the loading dock they made available for us. The staff is very friendly and made it an easy move in process. The common areas a clean each time I come down and the coffee in the morning is an added plus!

My experience has been alright living at 250. When I first moved it I was perceived as trespassing just due to the description of my previous car. That experience has left a bad taste in my mouth about the community. Sometimes staff don't seem too knowledgable about to community or its events, and its just starting to become way more crowded

My rating is a 4 star at the moment because I just recently moved in. I love the area and I love my apartment. I did have a little hiccup when I first moved in. I had water coming out of my walls whenever I ran my tub water but the maintenance men were on top of it and fixed my problem quickly

Easy move in and amazing staff! I had a minor maintenance issue when I moved in and they quickly came to fix my issue within 24 hours! Unit was pristine on move in day as well.

I recently moved to Baltimore and work in the area. Baltimore Peninsula is absolutely beautiful, so I started looking at Residences. I visited many in the area, but 250 Mission exceeded all the others. It was a pleasure to work with Management to secure a place, and the entire process was extremely smooth and positive experience with them. Now that I have been here 3 months, all residents that I have met are very respectful and nice. I look forward to meeting some at upcoming events. The building itself is maintained and cleaned beyond the normal cleaning. They are already cleaning outside windows, which I know is a big expense. I have no issues with my unit and it’s very quiet. Happy that I found 250 Mission!

My experience has not been the best. The television in the community room is never on and the internet does not work in that room or the 2nd floor lounge area.

The outside area by the park has become disgusting. Tenants are not picking up with dog poop and it has caused bugs and fleas to be all over that area. We cannot even walk our dogs on the grass over there because we will just step in poop.

If you are looking to live in a new, upcoming, active community, check out 250 Mission! I love it here. The 2nd floor offers meeting space to do "telework" in a peaceful environment. The 3rd floor offers the well equipped gym, and the Club Room. I've spent more evenings on the patio of the Club Room then in the gym. I love the outdoor living space. Sitting at the waterfall table is very relaxing. So, I hope that you will consider 250 Mission as a resident, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

The most efficient move-in process I’ve ever seen! The staff is very still supportive with answering questions in a timely manner. The concierge/security officers are so kind! (A special shout out to Marcus for helping us move in past midnight!)

Great apartment. When I email or call front desk however not very responsive. Don’t feel much separation from upstairs neighbors either, always here them sounds like stomping through the ceiling

I love it here! I love all of the activities on the waterfront and the coffee machine in the lobby area. I was looking for a walkable community and 250 Mission is where I found it.

I love my new apartment, i love the open space especially the floor windows , i love the staff they are always so welcoming and smiling and helpful . Move in - you won’t be disappointed:) I love it here
