A pair of coyotes, deer, foxes, rabbits and lots of wild turkeys this year are regularly on the property which is a few miles from DeLaVeaga Park. There are several outbuildings, 2 with electricity. The property has an artesian spring that has provided an abundance of water. The water has healthy minerals and is harnessed with modern sealed tanks and an excellent pressure system for full use on the property. The charming house is a 1,600 sq ft. One bedroom and full bath. There is a carpeted loft area, tall enough to stand, with windows and storage. The living room is an open living space with a new radiant heat electric fireplace with a high ceiling to disburse the heat evenly between the loft and the downstairs living areas. The kitchen is all modern with a new stove/oven, new washer dryer. The refrigerator is in good condition. The single bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Everything is electric except the water heater which is propane. The propane tank holds 260 gallons and there is 100 gallons for the new tenants. Amerigas is the propane provider. AT&T provides phone - wired and currently there is a modem installed and one phone line. The Tenants will need to put this service in their name.
