We have 3 units - Each unit is 2 beds/ 1 bath and have been completely renovated. Brand new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, furnishing, etc. All units are fully furnished and move in ready. They are currently rented until 5/31/25 and we are looking for tenants from 9/1/25-5/31/26 (unit 3 has potential to be a years lease at an increased rate to accommodate the summer monthly pricing). The bedrooms are generously sized, with a queen-sized bed and a large closet. One on-street parking pass comes with the unit, but long term tenants can apply for another residents sticker if needed.
