There is also a private back porch. Pets allowed. Photos don't include 2nd bedroom and closet (same size at bedroom 1) but pictures coming soon. Unit includes private washer and dryer in the basement, access to shared backyard and 1 raised bed for gardening or flowers in the front of the house. Unit comes with a designated storage locker in the basement. Renters also have access to covered and locked bike storage on the lower level of building. Street parking, no permit required. 1st & last month’s rent plus security deposit (1 month’s rent) required.
