Kaumana City is about eight miles above Hilo and approximately a fifteen-minute drive to downtown. Directions: Up Waianuenue Ave, stay to the left as it turns to Kaumana Drive, make a right on to Ua Nahele St, the house is located on the left side of the road, a two-story brown house with a paved driveway. Do not access the property without being accompanied by the Property Manager.
