For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
