All adults must be able to prove that they have a gross monthly income over $3,000. You must submit copies of your last 2 pay stubs and banking statement with the application. Each applicant must have a GOOD WORK HISTORY of over 2 years. Must provide residence records over the past 5 years. This includes a RECOMMENDATION from your CURRENT manager. Felonies, evictions and bankruptcies will result in immediate denial. There is an NON-REFUNDABLE application fee of $50 (CASH) per EACH applicant. The rent is $800 per month. A one Year Lease with First Month and Security Deposit are mandatory. All utilities paid by the Tenants. No house air conditioning . This is a NON-SMOKING environment. No Pet or Animals are allowed. For any exceptions, the tenant’s needs documentation from a licensed medical professional stating that the animal is being used to manage a health conditions. Do Not Disturb the Occupants, Showing by Appointment Only.
