Victoria Crossing is centrally located in town, just off Broad Street, providing easy access to many dining and shopping options, including the SLO Food Co-Op, located just across the street. You have 101 Freeway access via the South Street corridor, with quick access to downtown and Cal Poly as well. The initial lease term is 6 months, to be renewed on a month-to-month basis thereafter. Gas, internet and trash are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water/sewer and electricity. The applicant who completes both viewing the property and applying first will receive priority consideration. TMT Property Services evaluates applications individually based on criteria set forth in the marketing verbiage. Application Requirements: All applicants must have a credit score of 650 or higher with no more than 3 collection/negative accounts.
