Great location two doors from the intersection of Beverly and Riverview, only a few blocks from East West Asheville staples like; Archetype Brewing, Gan Shan, Taco Billy and more. Big living room, single bedroom with small office, kitchen, one and a half baths and access to basement for storage.
Wonderful apartment in East West Asheville a few blocks from the Haywood turn. One bedroom with a small office room with a washer and dryer, giant living room, full bathroom with shower and tub, a half bath and a kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and floating shelving. The large living room has a gas log fireplace with built in shelves on both sides, french doors open in to the bedroom which has a closet and a small office with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has butcher block countertops and major appliances. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a wall heater. There is a small hall between the kitchen and the living room that goes to the half bath and basement where some storage is provided. It is an old house, sometimes the floor squeaks, the upstairs neighbors have dogs that are super sweet.
