The Tudor style property is in the Anholm neighborhood with an open floor plan, tall ceilings, lots of windows, plus a spiral staircase to an upstairs loft. The house is fully furnished with a king size bed, dresser, table in the bedroom and queen sized bed up in the loft. There is a nice expandable dining room table with four chairs and an executive desk and credenza. Also included is smart flatscreen TV, couch, reclining chair, new refrigerator, stove, microwave and bar stools for kitchen seating. Washer and dryer downstairs. No on-site parking. There are two small decks to enjoy the views. The apartment is part of a quiet compound of 3 houses. It has worked best with a single professional person or a couple. Not good with children or loud tenants. All utilities are included in a monthly utility fee of $250. This is additional to the rent. Available in February.
