Extras: Garage space in large detached garage, Fitness room, Tanning bed, Hot tub, Swimming pool, extra storage, large living rooms, full Kitchen and bathrooms and monthly maid service of common areas. Housemates are busy young professional males who are independent but enjoy having roommates for occasional socializing. Must be ok with different ethnicities and sexual orientations. We'd like an easy-going housemate who is respectful, clean, open-minded, tidy and fun! The house has two very large floors and is mostly furnished but with space. Bedroom could be furnished or unfurnished. Parking available in a large detached garage and will keep snow off your car and/or motorcycle. Super convenient drive to either Fort Drum or Watertown via interstate. Single occupancy only, and no pets. Rent with indoor garage bay: $725 paid electronically before the first of the month.
